To produce a monthly series for communities to participate in the flourishing of all creation, by cultivating practices of mindest and eating. We do this through our cooking class, Healthy Helpings, which focuses on fostering robust conversation around food and mindset and encouraging practices of intentional behavior in our daily lives.
The class is aimed at teaching healthy cooking and intentional behavior to communities during this trying time. Research shows that cooking can soothe stress, build self-esteem, and curbs negative thinking by focusing the mind on following a recipe.
